Unfortunately the industrial action by Royal Mail has caused significant delays to orders being delivered. Our Managing Director has been in contact with our Royal Mail Contract Manager regarding the parcels that still haven’t been received by customers and there has been an investigation into this. Unfortunately Royal Mail have been unable to locate the missing orders.
