They seem to have no support in them when walking in them, and heel keeps going to one side making it dangerous when walking

Our Slippers will not be as supportive as our leather or fabric shoes, we have not had this feedback for this style before so we are surprised to hear this. We would recommend trying the Robbie as an alternative slipper as it more supportive around the back of the heel.

Since you only have one colour of "Richards" in stock, I thought the "richie" would be similar. having received them I dont think they are as roomy and I find them harder to put on than the "Richard"...
