We are sorry to hear you have found the slippers unsuitable. We can advise that we do have an unlimited, no quibble returns policy which is free to use through the Post Office. Therefore you can return them if they are not suitable and we would be more than happy to process an exchange or a refund for the item.
The insoles are removable so they are not stuck down however we would certainly not expect to move unless the footwear is too wide for you and its causing them to move forward when you walk.
With regards to the straps, again we would not expect this to happen and its not feedback we often receive. If you are having to pull the straps right across to secure them it may be that that they are too wide for you and thats why the straps are catching on the sides of the slippers.
Our footwear is very wide and deep and is only suitable for people with very swollen, problematic or heavily bandaged feet. We only have the one width fitting which is HH+ we do not have a narrower fit.
