Hi, thanks for your feedback.
We checked on this issue and you are right in saying that you should have received your item the next day. We checked our records, and strangely your order wasn't placed on Sunday night , but on Monday the 14th of March at 7pm and was dispatched on Tuesday morning. Delivery should have been Wednesday when checking AustPost's website and your postcode : - https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/option/domestic/3000/3429
We do appolgise on behalf of our carrier, Startrack and we will follow up the matter with them directly as to why this order was not delivered on time. We most certainly sent the item as quickly as possible and well within our guaranteed delivery time frame however it seems the carrier let us down on this occasion.
If you would be so kind to email us and we can work out a way of reimbursing you for the late delivery.
