It is company policy to have a size chart for every costume listing and we're sorry this was not available when you made your purchase. We do appolgise for this. I was aware the sizing was 'standard' and so i contacted you to get more information before ordering. I was informed ladies standard means it will fit size 8 - 12. This was incorrect as it is larger than a 12. I don't see how a partial refund is reasonable when the goods i received were not as indicated.

We checked on this further and we've sold quite a few of these costumes without this problem with size. The item must be faulty.
