Hi Amanda,
We're not sure what happened with your address but the email confirmation from shopify (our ecommerce provider) shows the street name as missing. This might have been a shopify issue as we noticed some other customers were having this problem. We did contact to confirm but you were busy. We do appolgise and if you can contact us via our support line we will make sure you are refunded.
