Delivery is always prompt. When I phoned re issues with the Landlords Gas Safety pads previously ordered (would not tear off easily) the lady I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful.

Apologies for the delay on the t shirt Richard. We have contacted the supplier and they have advised they will be dispatched between 5-7 days. I would expect that you will have the missing t shirt in the next week. Once again apologies. Its very rare that we have any stock issues , this is a rare issue and we are working with the supplier to ensure this doesn't happen again.
