Apologies , we have looked into this and it looks like the courier delivered the parcel to the wrong address :( Hopefully this doesn't happen again
Poor service paid nearly £5 for next day delivery and it took 10 days address wasnt even visible on packaging and was damaged emailed with a complaint to be told sorry for inconvenience in my opinion...
