Blew one of the master fuses in our distribution board when installing. Said they would come back and replace it 3 months ago - we are still waiting!!!!!
This is an excellent product and conforms to UK standard's. Unlike others chargers I have seen this Cord charger draws no more than 10 amps from a 13 amp socket. You would not want to draw 13 amps...
