Sorry you have been inconvenienced.
Orders which take advantage of our free post offer will be despatched within 2 - 3 working days, and orders placed after our 5pm cut off time will be despatched next working day.
We are sorry you have had this problem regarding quality, we are always looking to improve our quality standards.
Returns can be dropped off at our London and Birmingham branches, they will then be forwarded to our returns department, processing will take approximately one week.
We also offer a UK free post returns label, which can be found in the link below:
