I am so sorry to hear you are unhappy with the contents in your mystery box. We have had really great feedback on our boxes previously, so I am so sorry to hear that it was not to your liking. We've passed your comments on to the team to take a look in to them further.
We do list the below on the webpage so I am sorry if you have missed this information under the product description:
'Here at Cocoba, we care about the planet and want to reduce our impact on the environment - so, the aim of our Mystery Box is to save our delicious chocolate treats from being wasted and ensure they're enjoyed as much as possible whilst they can be. Therefore, please be aware that the contents of our Mystery Box will primarily be end-of-season products with a short shelf life (e.g. Easter products), so we recommend enjoying your treats swiftly after you have received your order!'
However, we do have a 14 days return policy, so if you would like to return this order then you can. - Please ensure you keep your proof of delivery for your records and as soon as we receive the order back in our Cocoba office, we will be able to issue a refund to you for the returned/unwanted items.
