Got the new vibrating cloud nine. As a professional I feel the hair straightener to have lost styling power. Sad as I was a cloud nine enthusiast.

The product itself is great. It performs as it should. If the casing wasn’t white this issue would never have occurred. Unfortunately there is no option to purchase it in black.
