We do offer all of our direct customers a 14-day “no quibble” money-back returns policy if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Clogau jewellery. 

Unfortunately, this policy does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons and this does not affect your statutory rights.  

If an item is deemed faulty however, we will always resolve this for you. We understand you are currently liaising with our Customer Service team in this respect who will bring this matter to a swift conclusion for you.
