The beauty of our jewellery is that each piece is designed to the finest detail to really capture the essence of the story behind it; as a result the wear ability of certain pieces is different. All of our items pass through a strict quality control process prior to despatch and whilst we would not consider wear and tear to be a manufacturing fault we are always happy to assess an item if you should have any concerns. We are happy to see that we were able to offer you an exchange on this occasion.
