Thank you for ordered via our International delivery service. We can see your order was placed on 27/11/24 left us on 27/11/24, we can see from the tracking information that your parcel left the UK on 29/11/24. It looks like this did take longer than usual to clear customs and make its way through to the Australian delivery partner but we are really pleased to see that this was delivered on 12/12/24 and in time for Christmas.
