On looking into this the first parcel was requested to be sent to your holiday home which we did, you then contacted to advise you were no longer at the holiday home therefore did not get your parcel, we sent it to the address where you requested, the second parcel unfortunately was lost in transit, this does only happen to a very small percentage of parcels, thank you for your feedback.
