Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry for the mix up with your previous delivery, after checking your account I can see this was a packing error in the warehouse. We do have measures in place to ensure mistakes of this nature are kept to a minimum, but unfortunately human errors do occur. I can see the correct size trousers have since been dispatched. I am also sorry to hear you are unhappy with the quality, we will conduct a quality control check on this item. I can confirm we do offer a free returns using the collect + label on your invoice were we would be happy to offer you a full refund on the item if unworn.
