We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I am disppointed to see that you have not received a great service. I can see you ordered trousers from our lucky dip range, which we sell all year round as a value for money item. I have spoken to our buying department, and the letter has been sent in error. I would be more than happy to re-order the goods for you. I can arrange for a colleague to contact you if required. Please be advised there is an extra postage charge to Channel Islands.
