We always offer a full refund for returned items, and we would never refuse to give a customer money back. We would of wanted to rectify the situation as we had previously sent out the wrong items. Please accept my apologies that your expectations were not met on this occassion, I can see that with the item being a summer catalogue item, that we no longer have the stock available.
