I was disappointed that I could not use a discount coupon along with a free post…

I was disappointed that I could not use a discount coupon along with a free post coupon. I aborted that £135 order. (for coats).

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you could not complete your order online due to the discount code. At the moment our website will only except 1 voucher code which is currently being looked into by our web department for the near future to improve our services. You can however place your order with our telephone order line were both codes can be excepted to receive the free p+p and item discount.

Further to my online attempt to order, I phoned Chums but call handler said I could not use two discount codes at one time. This should be rectified for future.
