Really disapointed.Still have not received my order dispite various excuses and promises.Will not be using again and certainly would not recommend to anyone.

Good afternoon, on tracking your order it says that it was delivered to you on the 14th September, this was sent on our express service of 2 working days for you, there is one outstanding item still to be delivered awaiting stock, if you would be kind enough to email us at Enquiries@chums.co.uk we will be able to help you further as we have no contact telephone number for you, we do hope you will give us this opportunity to put this right for you, many thanks.

Thank you for your email response to my Feefo feedback.
I placed an order with you on the 29th August for jockey underpants and two bras.
I had not received the order by 10th September,so I did an online chat with one of your representatives on your website.She said that the order was despatched on 2nd September and that I should receive by 12th September.
I still did not receive the goods,so on the 12th September I did another online chat with another one of your represenatives.
This time I was told that the parcel had been returned to you by Royal Mail for some reason??????By this time I was really fed up so I asked for a refund.I was then offered the order to be delivered to me by priority service as a way to make amends for the inconvenience.This I agreed to.
The next morning I received a phonecall from your customer services department(so you do have my telephone number)
informing me that sorry the underpants were out of stock,stock was due in on 18th September,so would it be alright to send my entire order by priority on the 18th September.In disbelief,I agreed to this.
Needless to say I have not received anything at all,and I am really upset about it.
Therefore I would like a total refund as soon as possible as I am fed up with false promises and excuses.

An excellent company. Their ranges are great and the quality is brilliant. Speedy service too. I usually order online nowadays but their staff are friendly and helpful with phone orders.
