Glad to hear you are please with your item. Our postage charge is the same no matter how may items you order and we use a premium couriers for most of our orders. Hopefully we have the mix of speed, security and reliability.

I can only apologise for the inconvenience you have encountered. We are a pay as you order company which is why we do take payment before despatch of goods. In regards to you not being notified about the out of stock items, I can only apologise, this is not of our normal high standards. Firstly I do apologize about the wait you have had on our customer service line. This line can become very busy and we can only deal with each customer as quickly as we can. This length of waiting time is unusual for us and I can confirm you should not always be waiting as long as you did. If you have any enquiries and do not want to pay the call charges you can also email us at enquiries@chums.co.uk. A operator will respond to your email within 4 working hours.
I am sorry you were not notified sooner about the no stock of the item you ordered. We are currently looking into a way of advising customers sooner about this type of query.

I like chums gear very much but would recommend that they use a different courier to deliver the goods-the courier they use is terrible,always late,send goods back to chums without trying to deliver...

We do offer a free returns collect+ label with all our orders so if any goods are unsuitable or not satisfactory you can return them to us for a refund or an exchange.

We do have measures in place to ensure mistakes of this nature are kept to a minimum, but unfortunately human errors do occur. I can see the correct size trousers have since been dispatched.
