I have had a look into your account and can see you ordered regular rise trousers, so the ones you received were sent to us in error. I am extremely sorry about this, it seems like it was a picking error made in the warehouse.
If you would like to return them to us using the collect+ free returns label (you can search your nearest collect+ store on www.collectplus.co.uk), you can return them too us and we would be happy to replace them with the correct pair.

I am surprised to hear what happened to the briefs after you washed them and do apologize.
If you would have contacted us about this issue we would have been able to have the quality of the briefs inspected and dealt with this for you.
Unfortunately as you have disposed of the goods we are unable to take this any further.

Our suppliers are generally very accurate so I must apologise if they inadvertently sent you the wrong wheelchair. I ordered three pairs of trousers, they supplied one pair and sent alternative for the other two pairs which I immediately returned as they were unacceptable.
