I am sorry to see you are not happy with the service and products provided by us. If you would like to unsubscribe to our emails we can do this for you. We do send out offers to our customers via email quite often to keep them up to date with special deals. If you would like to unsubscribe please email us and we can do this for you, enquiries@chums.co.uk. I am sorry the goods you received did not fit you. We try to cater for all sizes, and our clothing is quite generous. I will speak to our buying department about our sizing's to have this item checked. We thank you for your time and feedback.

Thank you for your time and feedback. I am sorry to hear the delivery on your goods took so long. I have had a look into your account and can see you placed an order for these goods on 29/8. The order was dispatched from our warehouse on 2/9 with Royal Mail. Unfortunately our warehouse is not open of a weekend, which means this called a slight delay to the dispatch of your goods. Our advised delivery time is 7-10 working days on all orders so we do apologize if your delivery was over this time period.
