Oh dear, this is disappointing to read. It is exceptionally rare for items to fail our quality control procedures and for this we sincerely apologise. The pyjamas measurements listed on our website are correct, however the garments do have extra room, to allow for your movement and comfort. We do offer a free returns service, we would be more than happy to accept these back and exchange them for a smaller size. I can see you the order was delivered within 7 days, which is the time frame we do advise.

I am extremely sorry to hear you have still not received your goods and that your payment was taken. I have looked into your account and can see it was picked and packaged on 2/10. You should have definitely received your goods by now as they are in stock. I will have this enquiry dealt with and I will email you with more information to resolve this query.
