No tracking information/date for delivery etc. Took a long time to arrive. Began to wonder if the order had gone astray. Pure luck I was in on the day to take delivery eventually.

I do firstly apologise for the delay in the delivery of your order, we were waiting for more stock in in the item. We do usually advise up to 10 working days for delivery from the date of your order also. We cannot unfortunately give a guaranteed day of delivery. We have now updated our tracking systems and all customers with an email will now be sent tracking details for their order.
I am sorry you were not happy with the product. I can see you have returned this and we have refunded your for the item. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
I placed an order for 4 bras , paying the full amount . Only 2 arrived . After a ten day wait, hoping they would appear, I had to re-order again to get them .

The black trousers were not of the style ordered. Unfortunately I did not notice this until I had already removed the labels and therefore I was unable to return them for replacement.

Oh dear, we are unhappy to see you have rated our service as bad. We do use courier Hermes as our delivery drivers (they are also used by other companies). We will pass this complaint onto them about the delivery of the goods as this is not down to our company itself. We will make sure their driver is advised not to leave goods on the doorstep in future.
