I am sorry to hear that you are receieving too many catalogues, After looking into your address, I can see that we do have two accounts set up in your name and address and this is the reason why you seem to be getting so many. I have now closed one account and stopped all mailing which can take up to 2 months to completely stop as our catalogues are printed in advance. You should then recieve half the amount you have been getting. I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused and I hope I have now recified this situation for you.

Items were returned to Chums, as being not suitable. So far NO refund has been received. Extremely disappointed in Chums return policy.

I have now noted your Chums account to ensure this will never happen again. We do supply a free returns label that is fully trackable and easy to use.
