Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this mix up. Our warehouse are generally very accurate indeed so I must apologise that we have inadvertently sent you the incorrectly sized trousers. We do take measures to ensure that mistakes of this nature are kept to a minimum but sadly human error does intervene. I have today refunded your £4.99 P&P charge as a good will gesture as we did not deliver the correct goods. I do hope that this very rare error does not deter you from ordering from us again in the future.

I returned one jacket as it was too large and reordered a smaller one, which was fine. This smaller jacket was £5 cheaper and as yet Chums have not refunded this £5.
