We are sorry to hear about the issue you had with the second pair of trousers we sent you.
This issue sounds like a fault with our supplier. We will have the trousers looked into with the supplier to make sure this issue does not happen again and is not ongoing.
We apologize again about this and hope this does not stop you ordering with us again in the future.
I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the slippers you purchased from us.
We do offer a free returns service with collect+ for our customers to return any unsuitable goods to us with.
Our returns policy is 14 days from when you receive the order for a refund, and 28 days for a exchange.
