Overall it seems a good design but the poppers on the front seem flimsy, the coat arrived with one having fallen off. I've contacted customer services but as yet have had response.

We are sorry about this, on checking I can not locate an email from you, please return the jacket back to us free of charge for an exchange or refund.
Sizing wrong. Got XL coat, really needed an XXL. Sleeves too tight. No warning on the website about sizing. Otherwise coat ok, though wouldn't order a 100% polyester garment again.
