Thank you for taking time to comment on our service and products. I am disappointed to hear that your were not happy with the quality of the product you received. We do offer a free, no-quibble replacement service for any products that are recevied damaged or incomplete. All we need is a photo of the product and we are happy to send a replacement. Unfortunately metal chimineas will rust if they get wet and we recommend covering it and moving into a garden shed or garage to help prevent this. Rust, however, will not affect its use and can be removed with a stiff brush if it does become unsightly. I am very sorry that we let you down in this instance and can assure you that it is never our intention to send products to customers that do not meet our quality standards.
