Hi apologies that the delivery company were unable to help you get the furniture in to the house. They were advised in advance that for health reasons you would not be able to help with this and it is unacceptable that they were not prepared. I understand that staff from our local store did come over to help but I know that this did cause you and your husband unnecessary stress. Confirmation that we have made a goodwill gesture in light of the poor experience.
