Sincere apologies for the poor experience that you encountered regarding your order. You do need to specify the billing address as well as a separate delivery address when ordering online otherwise the transaction will not authorise. For security reasons when placing a telephoned order you are unable to specify a different delivery address other than the billing address for the card. Saying all that having taken a separate delivery address we should have made sure that the goods were delivered to the address that you specified. Confirmation that we have refunded you with £20 for the inconvenience that you suffered regarding your delivery.
