My parcel hasn’t arrived and I haven’t received a response from customer service. DPD haven’t received the parcel after it was supposed to be delivered on the 8th.

Hey There,
Thank you so much for your review. We can only apologies for the inconvenience here. We can see your parcel was successfully sent on a next day service on the 7th January however it has subsequently got stuck in a small back log in DPD's goods in warehouse. We can only apologies on their behalf for this.
We have chased them up on this for you and they have assured us they are doing everything they can to get this located and processed through on the next day service ASAP for you.
As soon we hear back our customer service team will be straight in touch.
