Thank you so much for getting in touch here. We hope you're well. We can only apologies on DPDs behalf for the delay in getting your order to you. We can see it was successfully handed over to them on the 3rd. We will chase this up for you to ensure delivery is attempted ASAP. However having also looked at your tracking it looks to have just updated to in transit. This should mean it's now on its way to your local DPD depot for delivery ASAP.
Unfortunately DPD are seeing small delays throughout their network at this time however they have assured us they will get all parcels delivered successfully.

The items finally arrived today the quality of the pjs and blanket are amazing as I already knew they would be, I have tried before and they are the most comfortable pj's I've owned especiallythe sea panda. But with this being the first time I've ordered directly through Chelsea peers I'm so underwhelmed with the experience: late and very long delivery and 1 item wrong and packed terribly especially when everything else was pristine and packed how you would expect. Currently waiting on a response to resolve the issue however its now past the recipients birthday and has spoilt what should of been a lovely gift. Hopefully In the future the experience will be nothing like it was this time and I'll see you soon for more beautiful pj's
