Nice chair but poor delivery service

No e-mail confirmation of delivery date. Chased a few times and eventually got a response and delivery date. This didn’t happen as stated and the driver couldn’t access the property due to road...

Thank you for your review and we are sorry that the courier did not make contact with you. I can see we emailed all the tracking details and the courier attempted twice but the road was closed.
