Wrong colour chair delivered and headrest missing. Still chasing headrest after 2 weeks

The chair is exactly what I wanted and ordered. It is a very coomfy chair to sit in. The company has and works with an excellent P.R. System. They were very helpful to me. Thoughtful and kind.

Once unrolled it gradually flattens out and is good to move on with an office chair set up within your home.

Paid for it to be put together before arriving. It was all in order and happy with the chair.
