Thank you for your review, we update stock continuously and you were unfortunate that it went out of stock at the time you had paid and that someone was 10 seconds before you. I am afraid we do use external couriers and do advise that delivery is kerbside only.

Service unusaly good in these days

Quality seems to match that of similar chair at M and S which is more than 50% dearer. Simple to put together, and gives good support. The service could not be faulted.
