Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Good Morning We did email as soon as the order was placed to explain that we had just gone out of stock and did you wish to choose another model and wait for the product to arrive back into stock and that if we did not hear back we would process and dispatch as sonn as the product came back into stock.
