I have taken this up with our suppliers as we were not aware that you had experienced any problems. They will be speaking to the couriers regarding this and have advised that the specification has not changed on this product at all and will be happy to replace any items that need replacing but have assured us that this is still manufactured in the same factory and should be of the same quality as previously supplied. I have looked through our records and the original was not supplied from us seven years ago and our suppliers have also added they they only started to supply this range 5 years ago. Jamie Welch

I am sorry but would disagree. We do state that refunds on returned unwanted items can take take up to 7 working days as we are firstly in the hands of the couriers and then these items have to be inspected. We did refund on the sixth working day. Jamie Welch
