Thank you for your review. I think maybe you may have misundestood us as this chair has never been able to be dispatched assembled. We have a clear drop down box on the site for assembled chairs and also at the bottom of the page it states that the chair is self assembly but I apologise if this was not clear. Jamie Welch

Thank you for your review and please accept our apologies. Our supplier has had a batch in that they have now pulled from the stock as they were incorrectly packaged. Please accept my apologies as this is not how we normally operate but glad we got is sorted for you in the end. Jamie Welch

Thank you for your review and I have to admit that this is not acceptable. We had a problem with a container being delayed but you should have been kept informed and I will be speaking to the line manager in question regarding this. As discussed I will send the chair when in fully assembled for you. Please accept our apologies. Jamie Welch
