Thank you for your review. I am pleased we have sorted the creaks and cracking noises for you. As discussed on the telephone the recline on this does not lock in reclined position and the mechanism does not allow this. I am sorry that you did not realise this and that you thought it locked in reclined positions. We did advise we would have the chair back but understand it was your choice to keep it as it is.
