We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your review. Due to your location I am afraid that this does carry an additional charge and we do state this on our FAQ's and terms and conditions. The couriers charge the additional amount for Scottish highlands and we just charge you the additional of which we are charged. Jamie Welch
