Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

It would have been better if the price quoted at the point of request was…

It would have been better if the price quoted at the point of request was the final price I paid. The final price turned out to be almost double what quoted when VAT plus delivery were added in.

There was some confusion as I did not spot that asking for a coloured chair…

There was some confusion as I did not spot that asking for a coloured chair would mean it being of a bespoke nature and that this would would mean a delayed delivery.
