Thank you for your review however I do not agree. We clearly state on the website that this is a made to order product and delivery is 10-15 days delivery from order as it is made to order. When you called we advised that it was in production and being upholstered and advised of the delivery date and it was delivered on the date we advised. Jamie Welch
