The customer Service Assistant was really not helpful and the company didn't keep their commitment. The delivery didn't come on time. I don't want to recommend to someone.

Thank you for your review. The issue was as discussed that some of the items were made to order on a longer lead time and we could not speed this up. We did say that we would do our best but could not guarantee but it seems in the communication that you thought it would be quicker and we did not agree to this at all. On a positive note I am pleased that you are delighted with the quality of the chairs and apologise that we were unable to speed this process up for you. Jamie Welch
