Easy to use website, found and ordered what I needed quickly. Goods arrived in good time and in good condition. They are as described in the description and appear to be holding up after short use.

Prompt delivery of the chair. They didn't advise the desk was out of stock until after we rang up to find out why the delivery has not occurred. Still was debited for it though. Had to get a refund....

Good. Instruction sheet not quite consistent with actuality, leading to some confusion. Left and right incorrectly labelled on fittings but did not cause a problem as obvious.
