We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you experienced this and have escaleted this so that it does not happen in future, I have also been advised that when the products were returned the bolts and alan key fittings were fixed to the base of the chairs.
