The service was abrupt and unwelcoming. Their stock issues were made to be our issues and made to feel it was our fault. When the item did not arrive assembled as it should and as was paid for, again...

Poor After Sales

Fast delivery but had a fault with a chair and was told it was £35 to replace it. Would never use this company again as during the resolve was told i had bought poor quality furniture and ChairOffice...

Thank you for your review. You had advised us you did not like the chair and that it was not faulty therefore we advised we would have the chair back but carriage charges did apply which were £35. We also advised that we would deliver another chair of your choice free of charge and look into a discount to offset the carriage charges but you put the phone down and would not answer when we called back.
