Thank you for your review.I am disappointed that you found us to be a terrible company when we really do try to please. We had contacted you to advise that there was no answer when the courier attempted delivery and had we known once it was delivered that there was damage rather than you going through paypal the issue would have been solved and refunded much sooner.
